2-axis CNC lathe

EGURO's 2-axis CNC lathes feature simple structures and compact design. The NC lathes feature gang-type turrets, where cutting tools are lined up on the toolpost like the teeth on a comb, achieving machining with high precision and stability.

CNC lathes featuring toolposts with 3-axis control

EGURO's 3-axis CNC lathes are equipped with a simple 2-axis slide structure and a vertical Y-axis.
The three-dimensional toolpost further reduces space requirements.
Adding a rotating tool also enables compound machining such as turning plus hole-punching/milling.
In addition, with its employment of two opposing spindles, the SANATURN series features an expanded processing range with the ability to perform swaging/upsetting while extracting large workpieces, as well as to reduce workpiece deflection by synchronizing the rotation of the opposing spindles.

Knurling machine

The RGS-200 is a high-precision dedicated knurling machine. It can be recommended for replacing single-purpose knurling units and for achieving more beautiful and uniform decorative finishes.
Being equipped with NC control enables numerical control of knurling position changes due to gear exchanges,
as well as of modifications required for complex knurling processes, such as interlaced and diamond patterns, enabling easy setup changes.
In addition, it can perform both knurling and turning, enabling process integration and time savings by combining separate processes into one.

Tabletop lathes

The EB-Series features the only tabletop lathes (bench lathes) designed to deliver high-precision machining and ease of use produced in Japan.
