EGURO takes the approach of using customized manufacturing to provide optimal machinery tailored to customers’ workpieces, rather than having costumers adapt their workpieces to the machinery. This is the core of our product development process. We prioritize providing machinery that maximizes cost-effectiveness by reducing product manufacturing costs.

Approximately 80% of the machinery EGURO manufactures are customized products tailored to customers’ specifications. We draw on our extensive customization experience to provide a level of individualized support that is challenging for typical machine tool manufacturers to provide, including careful consultations, processing method proposals, and trial prototyping.
Achieves micron-order high precision
EGURO has earned a reputation for commitment to precision and specialized in manufacturing high-precision machinery capable of processing on the micron order.
To realize the level of precision our customers require, we generally employ sliding surfaces and gang-type toolposts on our machinery. Kisage hand-scraping forms the basis of our machinery’s high-precision machining capabilities.

On-site negotiation
EGURO technical sales representatives visit customers’ facilities to discuss their specific needs and accordingly propose solutions to address challenges, introduce EGURO’s products, and share examples of other companies that have adopted our solutions.
STEP03
Price quote/Response
EGURO reviews machinery specifications and provides price quotes based on customers’ requirements.
STEP04
Production
Production will begin after formal order placement.
Please be sure to confirm the schedule prior to delivery; EGURO will provide a delivery schedule during the quotation process.
STEP05
Delivery
EGURO makes delivery of products to customers once they are ready.
We offer turnkey delivery service for smooth introduction of the machinery.
