At EGURO, we customize and manufacture machinery tailored to specific workpieces. Customers need not alter their workpiece processing methods to accommodate our machinery. We provide machinery designed with a focus on product manufacturing costs to maximize cost-effectiveness and contribute to customers’ growth.
EGURO draws on extensive experience to propose methods enabling effective workpiece processing.
Approximately 80% of the machinery we provide are customized products tailored to customer specifications. Our organizational strength, comprehensive capabilities, and extensive experience enables us to provide customized products that meet individual customers’ requirements. We place a strong emphasis on careful consultations, processing method proposals, trial prototyping, and other flexible, individualized responses that are difficult for conventional machine tool manufacturers to provide. We also offer process design services to minimize mass-production manufacturing costs.

We manufacture products such as the NUCROBO-8E, which is based on the concept of “a new unmanned system that connects robots and the future.” These products contribute to improved workability and productivity.

Much of our machinery features compact design offering space-saving benefits in production facilities.
Achievement of micron-level precision
As EGURO’s reputation for commitment to precision shows, we have special aptitude for high-precision machining. We are capable of high-precision machining on the micron order, ideal for customers with demands for very high precision. To realize the level of precision our customers require, we employ sliding surfaces and gang-type toolposts on our lathes.
