CNC lathes featuring toolposts with 3-axis control
EGURO's 3-axis CNC lathes are equipped with a simple 2-axis slide structure and a vertical Y-axis.
The three-dimensional toolpost further reduces space requirements.
Adding a rotating tool also enables compound machining such as turning plus hole-punching/milling.
In addition, with its employment of two opposing spindles, the SANATURN series features an expanded processing range with the ability to perform swaging/upsetting while extracting large workpieces, as well as to reduce workpiece deflection by synchronizing the rotation of the opposing spindles.

We offer CNC lathes equipped with vertical multi-joint robots as solutions featuring machinery-robot integration.
Space saving is achieved with this approach to integration as well. We also offer proposals of stocker devices, safety equipment, and more to meet customers’ requirements.
We provide comprehensive support with both hard and soft aspects, including special training on robots and programming/teaching to facilitate the smooth introduction of robots as “co-workers.”

Compound machining unit
The SANFLEX-8 is a 2+1-axis compound machining unit, combining a 2-axis NC lathe with a spindle that moves vertically (the Y-axis), distinct from the SANA-Series featuring toolposts with 3-axis control. The ability to mount multiple cutting and rotating tools on the 2-axis toolpost offers an expanded compound machining range in comparison with the SANA-Series and enables the machining of workpieces with complex forms.
